Is a Martial Arts program for the Maplewood and South Orange community. All families are welcome, men, women and children. The program starts at ages 8 years old and upward.

Please arrive 10 minutes before class starts, so that we may begin on time. Classes are in the Unity Auditorium at the Maplewood Civic house. If you are coming in to register please come in 20 minutes before class starts.

Tuesday 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM (Ages 13 and up, Adult Class Advanced)

High Yellow Belts & Upward.

Thursday 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM (Ages 8 and upward Beginners)

White through Yellow Belts & adults training with their Children.

Friday 7:00 PM - 8:30 PM (cardio / conditioning / kickboxing)

Adults Only Ages 13 & upward. Loose unwanted pounds, Improve your sleep quality & reduce stress.

Saturday 10:00 AM - 11:00 PM (Ages 8 and upward) Beginners.

White through Yellow Belts.

Saturday 11:15 AM - 12:15 PM (Ages 8 and up, Color Belts Only)

High Yellow Belts & Upward.

Saturday 12:30 PM - 1:30 PM (Ages 8 and up, all students) Sparring
